Line Capacities

We have hundreds of different cards available. The most common are telephone system exchange line cards and telephone system extension cards.

Where a card has exchange line (trunk) or extension ports we show it on our database.

1 circuit of ISDN2E consists of two speech channels. 1 Circuit of ISDN30 consists of 30 speech channels. Our quantity column refers to the number of speech channels, not circuits.

Extension Analogue. These are sometime referred to as Simple Phones, POTs (Plain ordinary Telephones) or 2-wire phones.

Extension Propriety. These are the "system phones" sometimes referred to as digital or keyphones.

Extension Hybrid. Each port can drive either an Analogue Extension or a Proprietry extension. So Quantity 8 means you can drive 8 phones in any mix of Alog/Prop.
